Robert G. Lyons is a leading personal injury litigator who represents injured victims of medical malpractice and those who have suffered serious personal injury or have lost a family member due to the negligence or carelessness of others. Mr. Lyons is an effective negotiator when a fair settlement of a dispute is attainable and a tenacious advocate in court when settlement efforts are unsuccessful.

Mr. Lyons also represents clients throughout the state of Florida in claims against insurance companies on an array of coverage disputes and disputes over the adequacy of claims adjustments. His insurance practice encompasses all types of insurance claims and policies, including property damage as well as liability policies.

Mr. Lyons serves as the firm’s President, a position of esteem within the firm that he has held since 1999. Mr. Lyons earned the “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating given by that organization.

Since 1976, Mr. Lyons has been a member of the both the Florida and Michigan Bar Associations. Mr. Lyons is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Lyons currently serves as the National Representative to the American Board of Trial Advocates, having served as chapter President of that organization in 2006.

He is a graduate of St. Louis University and the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
