Robert (Tad) Drean concentrates his practice in the areas of trust and probate litigation, general litigation and guardianships. Mr. Drean utilizes his skill sets to support attorneys at the firm through the drafting of legal memorandums, motions and complaints. Mr. Drean assists clients in a wide variety of manners, including the initiation of law suits, the discovery process and settling matters at the inception of a dispute. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Drean focused his career in the areas of sales and marketing were he refined his abilities to articulate himself, listen and persuade. Mr. Drean obtained his Bachelor=s degree from the University of Central Florida. He earned his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. Mr. Drean is a member of the Florida Bar, the Sarasota Bar Association and the Sarasota Young Lawyers Division. |
