Mr. Cochran is a graduate of The Ohio State University, earning a B.S. in Industrial Design in 1994, a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning a Master of Aeronautical Science in 1997, and a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of law earning his Juris Doctor in 2002. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cochran spent four years in the United States Air Force as an Acquisition Officer. While attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Mr. Cochran was a court scheduler for two Common Pleas Judges of The Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to moving to Florida, Mr. Cochran practiced in a large insurance defense firm in Cleveland, Ohio.
