Mediator and Arbitrator Services

Our firm includes two Florida Supreme Court certified mediators who are qualified to mediate disputes in both state courts and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, one of our lawyers is an arbitrator who is qualified to accept Florida circuit court appointments as a binding arbitrator or trial resolution judge and is a member of the Public Arbitration Panel of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), as well as the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc. The attorneys act as a neutral third party in assisting other attorneys and their clients in resolving their business disputes prior to trial. They have a wealth of knowledge in many areas of commercial and construction litigation and bring their full knowledge of the law and keen analysis of the parties’ positions to bear to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
