	Lindsey A. Schneider joined the firm as an attorney in 2007. Ms. Schneider concentrates her practice in the areas of marital and family law, representing clients in actions involving dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence. Ms. Schneider is a member of the Family Law Section of both the Florida and American Bar Associations and the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. She participates in the Young Professionals Group and serves on the Leadership Council of Community Youth Development. Ms. Schneider earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 2003. While in law school, Ms. Schneider served as Director of Public Relations for Miami Law Women and as an Orientation Mentor to incoming students. In 2003, she was chosen as a summer law clerk for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Family Law Division and in that clerkship, she worked closely with the Guardian ad Litem Program as well as Family Mediation Program and Domestic Violence Injunction office. Ms. Schneider is an active member of both the University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association and the University of Central Florida Alumni Association.
