	Ms. Pflugner's practice primarily involves real property, which includes ownership and title disputes, ad valorem real property taxation, lease issues, property purchase and sales transactions, development of real property, zoning and administrative matters, institutional lending and commercial leasing, title insurance and title insurance claims. Ms. Pflugner is currently seeking professional accreditation as a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate. As a LEED Green Associate, Ms. Pflugner will be able to provide guidance, contract negotiating and drafting, and related services for clients involved or interested in green building projects and green leasing. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Ms. Pflugner was chosen as the spring 2010 intern for the University of South Florida Athletic Compliance Department. Ms. Pflugner also completed a mediation skills training course, during which she developed skills as a mediator and was able to observe and lead numerous mediations. Before attending law school, Ms. Pflugner received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Miami. She was a four year varsity athlete, participating first on the University of Texas Longhorn's Womens Soccer Team and concluding her soccer career on the University of Miami Hurricane's Womens Soccer Team as an ACC Academic All Conference Player. Prior to and throughout college, Ms. Pflugner also participated on IMG Academies' soccer teams, located in Bradenton, Florida. Ms. Pflugner is a member of the Florida Bar; the U.S. Green Building Council Florida Gulfcoast Chapter; the Sarasota County Bar Association; the St. Petersburg Bar Association; and, the American Bar Association. She also volunteers as a youth soccer coach.
