Jason A. Lessinger is an allocation partner in the firm's litigation department. His practice mainly involves general commercial litigation, construction litigation, real property litigation, and insurance litigation.

Before his legal career, Mr. Lessinger worked in the film and television industry as both a Screen Actors Guild franchised agent and also worked as a casting assistant, with clients including NBC Productions, and Walt Disney television.

Mr. Lessinger is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Lessinger is also a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and American Bar Association, and a past President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association.

Mr. Lessinger is a graduate of the University of Utah, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in public communications, with honors, in 1991. Mr. Lessinger graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1996, with honors, and was an Associate Editor of the Stetson Law Review
